We had to have our 2020 Traverse towed to the dealership since it would not start. It turned out that the starter shorted out & fuses also had to be replaced besides the dead battery. We had no warnings on the dashboard of any problems. Jeff & Chris in the service department were very nice & went beyond the normal service to help us. We’re very happy with this dealership.

Truck continues to get a drained battery. Dealer can not find the problem . Gm tech has been involved, his name is Mike. Lives in falls creek pa.several gm case numbers have been made. Last case number was 98739198, claims rep name is Victoria . Nothing has been resolved. You can’t depend on the vehicle. As of today5/29 /26 a complaint has been with the state attorney general’s office in Harrisburg pa. Hopefully you can get my truck fixed before this has to go any further. The service was fine, but being charged an additional 3% fee because I used a credit card really upset me. I usually deal with Brookville Chevrolet, and they never charged me a fee for using a credit card. This was really upsetting due the cost of the service. I was charged almost 300.00 to change fluid and filter on transmition, in which 149.00 was labor for a 2-hour job at the most. And 51.00 for a filter. I work in the grocery industry, and we don't charge are customers an extra fee and if we did, they probably wouldn't shop with us. I've bought at least 6 vehicles from Brookville Chevrolet. I guess maybe I should keep going there. I thought I would give Redbank Chevrolet some business.
